EXECUTIVE TEAM BIOS

JEFFREY L. BOUCHY, CEO, Managing Owner

As Chief Executive Officer and Managing Owner of Destroyer Graphics, LLC (“DG”), Jeffrey Bouchy will oversee all aspects of the company’s business.  Additionally, Bouchy will serve on Destroyer’s Board of Managers.

Currently, Bouchy is the President/Owner of Destroyer Promotional Products, LLC (“DPP”).  DPP primarily sells promotional products to the professional and collegiate sports markets.  These products include many polyresin items (i.e. bobbleheads, action figurines, wind-up dolls, etc.), headwear, sporting goods, bagwear and printed products.  DPP was founded in 2002 as a start-up and currently does close to $2.0 million in sales annually. DPP imports almost all of its products from China, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Taiwan and India.  All of DPP’s employees formerly worked for professional sports teams, giving the company a unique perspective on its customers that none of its competitors can offer.

Bouchy has more than 14 years of corporate and sports management experience.  From late 1998 through 2001, Bouchy served as the Chief Financial Officer of Orlando Predators Entertainment, Inc., a NASDAQ listed company.  During this same time period he served as the Vice President of Football Operations/General Manager of the Orlando Predators of the Arena Football League and the Peoria Pirates of the arenafootball2 League.  Bouchy led the Predators to 3 straight ArenaBowl appearances (1998-2000), with the team winning ArenaBowl XII and ArenaBowl XIV.  Both teams consistently were in the top 2 of their respective leagues in ticket and corporate sales.

From 1995-1998, Bouchy joined Gum Tech International, Inc. (“GTI”), also a NASDAQ listed company as their Chief Financial Officer.  GTI used chewing gum as an alternative delivery system for vitamins, minerals and herbs.

From 1994-1995, Bouchy served as the Production Manager for Fun Tees, Inc., a t-shirt manufacturer and screen printer.  He oversaw production of over 26,000,000 tees annually for customers such as Reebok, Levi’s, Quiksilver, Billabong and Tommy Hilfiger.

Bouchy also worked for Phoenix Roadrunners of the International Hockey League and the Charlotte Coliseum, past home of the Charlotte Hornets.

Bouchy received his B.S. in Accounting from Arizona State University in 1989 and earned his M.S. in Sports Management from West Virginia University in 1992.  Additionally, Bouchy received his Series 7 and 63 stockbroker licenses in 1995.

He and his wife Laura have been married 5 years and reside in St. Augustine, FL with their three children, Jeff, Jr. (4), Lola (3) and Sophie (11 months)
